OWNER/FOUNDER, PERSONAL TRAINER

Luke Strain has been a successful personal trainer and nutritional counselor for over 15 years. He specializes in strength training, fat loss, and corrective exercise. Luke has a passion for personal training and enjoys motivating his clients to the fullest. Using science based knowledge he will devise specific exercise programs tailored to your goals and abilities. He holds personal training certifications through the National Academy of Sports Medicine, Personal Training Academy Global, and is a certified Nutritional Counselor through Precision Nutrition.

OWNER/FOUNDER, PERSONAL/GROUP TRAINER

Kayla Strain been a Personal Trainer for 4 years. Health and fitness has played a huge roll throughout her life. As a competitive student athlete at LU, graduating with a bachelors in sports exercise science, and former high school softball coach at Marquette Catholic, Kayla knows how to motivate and keep the interest of her clients, while making sure they achieve their goals. She provides them with a positive and energetic session. Kayla understands that every client is unique and plans each session around their needs. Together you’ll work on pushing through barriers and getting results.

PERSONAL + GROUP TRAINER

Alex Martinez is a NASM certified personal trainer who is passionate and motivated to help his clients attain their goals. Using science as the foundation, Alex emphasizes quality of movement during sessions, values his clients as individuals, and trains each client uniquely to their bodies and skill levels. His coaching approach uses lifestyle-driven strategies and focuses on realistic expectations, so his clients learn to integrate healthy habits into their lives for the long-term.

PERSONAL + GROUP TRAINER

BadAssUnicorn: Cindy’s nickname embodies her passion, tenacity and childlike wonder. Her magnetic, enthusiastic personality inspires others to find their own Extraordinary, to conquer their doubts and to turn their “I Cant’s” into “I Can’s”.

Cindy’s career is dedicated to healing and helping people. She is a Registered Pharmacist, has worked as a massage therapist and is now a NASM certified personal trainer. She is excited to be part of the TruFit family and can’t wait to welcome others into her BadAssUnicorn Posse!

PERSONAL + GROUP TRAINER

Kara is an energetic, positive, and motivated trainer that’s here to help YOU achieve YOUR fitness and wellness goals! She graduated from the University of Indianapolis with a Bachelor of Science in Community Health and Wellness, where she also played Division II soccer. Kara has a widespread background in strength training and sports performance. She incorporates her athletic experience into motivating her clients during their session to create a confident fun environment while targeting all components of health and wellness.
